Gene Weldon French, 86, of Phoenix, AZ was born in Ropesville, TX and died April 26, 2015. He was the second child of Ester J. and Anna Belle French. He is survived by Bonita, his wife of 64 years, three children and their spouses: Weldon (Shari) French, Ranee (Charlie) Duckworth, Mark (Joy) French. He had eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He is survived by his brother Joe (Peggy) French of Phoenix, AZ and his sister Janice Gillespie of Morton, TX. The viewing will take place at Hansen Mortuary of Phoenix on May 1, at 10:30 followed by the funeral at 11:30. Military burial will take place at The National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona.
