My Uncle Gregg was a funny man who could tell a story like nobody's business and keep everyone rolling. He loved his family and was certainly loved by them. He was the son of Drewery Tandy and Adelle (Gregg) McMinn. He was a veteran of the US Navy. Gregg married the love of his life, Carolyn Luttrell and they were married until he died. He was the father of Mary Catherine, Alan Russell, and Heather Dionne.

He was my favorite uncle. He wasn't accustomed to amusement parks because they didn't have any where he lived in Mississippi, so when he visited us and went to King's Island, he told quite a dramatic story of his adventure on the roller coaster. He got whipped around this way and that, his stomach was in his throat, his back was thrown out, etc. This story went on in great detail for several minutes, then he finished it with, "And that was only the small roller coaster!" He passed away on his great-nephew David's sixth birthday.

Thanks a million to IN LOVING MEMORY OF MY SON KELLY for sponsoring Uncle Gregg's memorial. You're a sweetheart.
