Pearl was the mother of five children; and had nearly 100 grandchildren; great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving faithfully in many positions and helping many people. She spent many hours with her friends making quilts for friends and family. She was loved by all who knew her.

Her obituary was published in the Tucson Newspapers on December 13, 2009.
