Milton J. Lambert, formerly of Chicago and Elgin, died Tuesday, Oct. 1, 1991, at the Vencor Hospital in Sycamore.

Mr. Lambert was born Sept. 15,1909, in Friendsville, IL, the son of Lewis and Mary (Woods) Lambert.

He is survived by his wife Marian (Rigg); a daughter, Lonnie (Greg) Luri of Wauconda; three sons, Gregory (Ethel) Lambert of Springfield, Bob (Janet) Lambert of Woodstock and Jerry (Pam) Lambert of Arlington Heights; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a sister Thirsa Lezak of Riverdale; a brother, Victor Lambert of Browns, IL; and many other relatives and friends.

A sister, Mildred Baggerly of Mount Carmel, preceeded him in death.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, at the Federated Church of Wauconda, 200 S. Barrington Road.

Instead of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation, 6 N. Michigan Ave., Chicago, IL 60602, (312) 346-1805.

Milton was my Grandfather. He was an avid pool shooter who was always ready to "Rack 'em up".

Cause of Death: Congestive Heart Failure.
