"CAPT Casey volunteered to go on a rescue mission deep in the jungle in Binh Dinh for a wounded soldier that was left behind. While lifting the soldier, CAPT Casey was shot by a Viet Cong. He was able to return fire and shot the enemy who was later captured. The wounded soldier was lifted to safety. CAPT Casey was killed in action."
