St. Clair - James F. Westrick age 82 of St. Clair died Sunday, August 31, 2003. He was born September 8, 1920 in St. Clair. James married Frances "Sis" Nugent on June 26, 1942. She preceded him in death on April 8, 1973.
He married Arlene McIntyre June of 1974. James was a member of the operating Engineers Local 324 for over 50 years.
HE is survived by his wife Arlene; son, William (JoAnn) Westrick and daughter Wendy (Steven) Kivel grad children Michael, Michele, and William Westrick, Beth Griffor, Christopher, Emily and Camryn Kivel and great grandchildren; sister, Genevieve and Geraldine Schwarz; step-children Lynda Gilbert, Terry McIntyre and their families along with many nieces and nephews was also preceded in death by his son James (Slim) and daughter Sharon.
Visitation from the L. C. Friederichs and Son Funeral Home will be 2 to 4 p. m. and 6 to 9 P.M. today with rosary at 7:30 P.M.
Wednesday service 11:30 A.M. at the funeral home with mass at 12 noon from St. Mary's Catholic Church, St. Clair. Burial in St. Mary's Cemetery.
In lieu of Flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary's Church Roof Fund.
