Tim was the only son of Dottie & Hugh Campbell. Born outside of Chicago, he grew up in Palm Beach County, Florida. Before he graduated from Jupiter High School (1975), he was quite an entrepreneur. He delivered newspapers from his bike, was a DJ who would wear KISS makeup ala Gene Simmons, worked in men's retail, and worked at a chicken fast-food restaurant. He got his degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University in 1979, and he didn't quite know what he wanted to do. So he joined The Hughes Corporation and moved first to Houston, and then to Bakersfield, CA where he met his untimely death.

His favorite song was "Mack the Knife". He was a snappy dresser, a great friend, excellent brother, and the best son a mother could ask for. A good person who left this earth way too soon.

At the time of his death, he was survived by his mother & father, sisters Erin Wolf and Kerry Sam (Donald) Jacobs, nephew Tim Wolf, grandmothers Alice May and Hazel Canty, and girlfriend Connie Batchelor.
