My Uncle, my mother's older brother.

U.S. World War II ARMY VETERAN

Enlistment Date: 23 Apr 1942 at Utica, N.Y.

I did not get to meet my uncle Harry, unless I met him as a child and don't remember. He did live in California for a short time and his daughter Harriet was born in California. My mother loved having her brother living here but he decided to go back to New York to live.

My uncle Harry was first married to Mary Towne on Nov. 13, 1933. Not known if they divorced or she passed away. On October 7, 1952 he married Anna Mae Etherton.
