Vicky died as a result of a one car accident in Kingston Tn. Her and her sister Cindy were flown by Life-Star air ambulance to University of Tennessee Hospital in Knoxville where Vicky passed. Vicky's boyfriend Michael 17, her sister Cindy 14 and her best friend Tiffany 16 were on the way to a friends house when the Jeep hit some gravel, slid out of control, hit a fence and then hit a tree. None were wearing seat belts but all the others survived. Vicky, Michael and Tiffany were students at Roane County High School and Cindy was a student at Cherokee Middle School in Kingston
Vicky is the daughter of Anke Basler and sister of Cindy Basler, Donna Parris, Maria Kittrell, Lisa Lemons, Rusty Lemons, Phillip Lemons and Bill Lemons. She is also the step-daughter of Kenneth Lemons.
I only knew Vicky and Cindy for a little while but they were fun to be around and treated me like part of their family from the minute we met. Vicky was proud of her big family and carried pictures of all of them. She always had a house full and a camera at the ready. She was a great kid and it hurt so many to lose her.
