Leta Bell had two children - Judy Bell - married Paul ____ and had two children: Julie and _____. The children each later married and had their own babes. Paul died suddenly before the birth of his first grandchild.
Leta lived for years in the home she grew up in on Wabash Street in Fort Worth, TX. - just a block from the TCU Campus, the home had wonderful rooms that Leta's Mom rented to college girls back in the late 20's,30's and 40's. The grand house would be home to Leta's son Charlie Bell, his wife Deborah and their four children - Charles Bell, Jr; Matthew William Augustus Bell; Amber Aileen Bell and Raymond Luther Bell.
Charlie and Deborah Bell opened up Charlies' Old Fashioned hamburgers on Trail Lake Drive in Fort Worth - not far from TCU Campus - it became an icon in Fort Worth. In 2011, you can still catch BIG Charlie or Deborah at the grill cooking up a Project X Burger for a local Fort Worth resident - and many who drive in from Granbury and Dallas for their good eats!
