William L Smith was born, April 28, 1956,in Union Springs, AL. He was a beautiful baby boy, who grew into a fine young man.He not only served ,in the ARMY, but also the Marines! from August 1975 to November 1983.William was a fun loving , kind mam , who attended Alabama State University, he was joined, in marriage, to Dezola S Smith, to this union was born Addie Maria, William Jr., and his baby girl Jasmine Renee, he also has a son Kenyada Power, all of Montgomery AL. He was taken from us suddenly at the age of only 33, by a heart attack, on 14 September at his home. In addition to his widow and children he is survived by his mother, Mrs Addie Davis, sisters , Brendalyn Gardner, Atlanta, GA. Deborah White (Kenny),Montgomery , Al, Rufetta Davis, Long Beach, CA, Rosalyn Roper,(Bobby) Travis, AFB,CA.and Patricia Wheat, Montgomery, AL.two brothers, Patrick Davis,USN, Newport News, VA. Anthony Smith, and step brother Rufus Davis Jr. both of Montgomery.Father-in-law Wiley Huling, Columbus, GA.aunts, Evangelist Esther Dabney(Nathaniel) , Montgomery, Evangelist Ruth Mobley, Detroit, MI, Rosa Jolley, B'ham AL.Grandmother-in-law Marie L.
