Cpt. Clyde Webb was the Pilot of B-17 #41-24354 which crashed into Milne Bay, Philippines on 26 August 1942.
I did some research and this is what I found:
1930 U S Census, most likely conducted in early to mid -June, 1930
Location: Eldorado, Saline County, Illinois
Household composition:
(Male) Parent-- Clyde Webb, age 36, b.1894 in Kentucky
(Female) Parent-- Willard Webb, age 32, b.1898 in Kentucky
Child--- Clyde Webb, age 13, b.1916/7 in Kentucky
Child--- Wilma Webb, age 9, b.1921 in Illinois
Mother of male parent-- Katherine Webb, age 73, b.1857 in Kentucky. Widowed. Her Father's birthplace, England. Her Mother's birthplace, Virginia.
Nov 5th, 2011 As Veteran's Day approaches, let it be known that "Captain Webb was married on June 12th, 1940, after his graduation from West Point to a beautiful young lady by the name of Miss Patricia Braun, and her father was big in Peoria politics because he was an Alderman from the 7th Ward and other things, and she was employed at Methodist Hospital in the Children's Ward as a Supervisor. After her husband's death, Mrs. Webb joined the U S Army as an Officer in the Nurse Corps, and was stationed at Davis-Monthan in Tucson, Arizona. She was active during the War, but it was hard to trace her movements afterwards." I also, by the way, located his father's World War I Draft Registration card from Webster Co., Kentucky, dated 1917. He was married and had one child, his son, Clyde, Jr. His father was a machinist at the Diamond Coal Co., a mining company in Providence, Webster Co., Kentucky, having light brown hair & blue eyes.

I searched again through Find A Grave's records and was unable to find any burial sites for Patricia Webb in the United States or in the International Wargraves Project. I am certain the above mentioned family is Clyde H. Webb Jr's family as I have not been able to find any other records in the LDS records or Find A Grave records.
