Grandson Keith Denney
Adrian E. Morgan 67, passed away Tuesday, July 1,2003 at his home after a short battle with cancer. He was born the son of the late Lewis and Ruth Baxter Morgan on September 2, 1935.
He was retired from Applied Distribution of Columbus after 26 years.
He is survived by his wife Louise of 45 years ; 4 Sons, David, Jimmy, Dewayne and mike
2 Daughters; Kathy and Carol 14 grandchildren and 2 two great-grandchildren.
He is also survived by 2 brothers, 2 sisters, 3 Brothers-in-law and 3 sisters-in-law.
He also leaves many nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
He was predeceased by one grandson, Keith Denny; his parents Lewis and Ruth Morgan; brothers, Duane, John, Lew, Bob, Bud and Wendell; mother and father-in-law, Kermit and Draxie Tackett; brother-in-law Wendell Tackett.
Friends may call at the J.P. Rodgers funeral Home at 120 West Broadway, Wellston on Thursday and Friday, July 3 and 4 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.. Services will be Saturday, July 5, 2003 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. James Mullet officiating. Burial will be in the Bethlehem Cemetery.

One night I had a dream .I was walking along
the beach with the lord, and across the skies
flashed scenes from my life. In each scene I
noticed two sets of footprints in the sand.
One was mine, and one was the lord's.
When the last scene of my life appeared
before me, I looked back at the footprints
in the sand, and to my surprise I noticed
that many times along the path of my life
there was only one set of footprints, and
I noticed that it was at the lowest and
saddest times in my life.
I asked the lord about it."Lord you said that
once I decided to follow you, you would walk
with me all the way. But I notice that during
the most troublesome times in my life,there
is only one set of footprints. I don't
understand why you left my side when I
needed you most".
The lord replied, "my precious child, I love
you and would never leave you. During your
times of trial and suffering, where you see
only one set of footprints, I was carrying you."
