Wilma Pearl “Willie” Proudfoot, age 83, of Flora, Illinois, passed away Wednesday morning, January 25, 2017, at her home.
Willie was born January 30, 1933, in New Jersey, the daughter of Rayford H. and Myrtle (Lutes) Fancher. She married Joseph J. Proudfoot in 1981. Willie enjoyed being a homemaker and caring for animals.
She is survived by her husband: Joe Proudfoot of Flora; son Dean Cosgrove of Pennsylvania; step-son: Frank Proudfoot of New York; daughter-in-law: Annette Cosgrove of Flora; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son: John Thomas “Johnnie” Cosgrove; three brothers: Harold and Russell Littell, and Donald Fancher; and two sisters: Olivett Tilton and Lola Vivian Smith.
There will be no services. Arrangements are in the care of Frank & Bright Funeral Home, Flora
