Mrs. Smith was born December 19, 1922 in Noble, the daughter of William H. and Carida Travis Smith.
She was retired and had worked at the International Shoe Factory.
Survivors include a brother, Donald R. Smith; a sister, Thelma Brewer; several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her parents, four sisters, and two brothers.
Funeral services were held at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home with burial in the Clay City Cemetery.
