Ms. Smith was born August 10, 1964 in Flora, the daughter of William R. and Dorothy M. Fry Smith.
Survivors include her mother and step-father, Dorothy M. (Smith) and George Herman; four brothers, Bill, Paul, Mark, and Mike Smith; three sisters, Kay Hamilton, Pat Gerth, and Holly Cunningham; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her grandparents and father.
Graveside services were held at the Clay City Cemetery.
