Surviving in addition to his spouse, are two brothers, Lonnie Ray and Mark Allen Smith, both of Noble; his parents, and grandfather, Virgil Herdes, Noble.
Services were held in the chapel of Hosselton, Bookhout and Engelmeier Funeral Home in Noble.
Burial was in the Clay City Cemetery.
