She was born March 14, 1876 in Mechanic township, Holmes county, the daughter of Joseph V. and Julia Brink Finley. Married Oct. 10, 1900 she was a life-long member of the Bethel EUB church in Mechanic township but attended the Methodist church of Millersburg in later years, and is a member of the Friendly Neighbors WSCS of that church.
Surviving are her husband, Harry C.; one son, Wade, Millersburg Rt. 3; four brothers, Walter Finley, Millersburg; Lloyd Finley, Millersburg Rt. 3; John Finley, Jeromesville; Dale Finley, Coshocton Rt. 3. Two granddaughters, one son, Emmett, three sisters and two brothers preceded her in death. Funeral services will be Thursday, 2 p. m., at the Elliot-Myers funeral home, Millersburg. Burial will be in Oak Hill cemetery, and friends may call at the funeral home after Wednesday noon.
