Mark Marklee officiating. Interment in Prospect Cemetery in Marion County. Arrangements are by Haggard Funeral Home. Mr. Ludlam died January 4, 2009, in Jefferson.
Born June 21, 1927, Crossett, Arkansas, he worked for a number of years for Standard Oil Company as a chemist and programmer. Survivors include his wife, Betsy Ludlam; and daughter, Rebecca Ludlam Bays.
