Longview TX ~ Graveside services celebrating the life of Eunice B. Wilson, age 96 will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, June 22, 2014 at Core Cemetery. Gray, TX with Bill Wilson officiating.
Mrs. Wilson was born in Hartzo, Texas on December 25, 1917 to William Russell and Oma B. Allen Light and passed away on June 20, 2014 after a brief illness. She had been a resident of Longview, TX for the past 5 years and was a former resident of the Gray, TX area, was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.
Mrs. Wilson was preceded in death by her husband, J. L. Wilson, Jr.; parents, Russell and Oma Light; daughter, Glenis Tanner, son, Jody Wilson, 4 sisters and 2 brothers.
She is survived by her son, J. L. Wilson, III and wife Evva of Port Allen, LA; grandchildren, Patrick Tanner, Susan Tanner, Mary Wilson Arrasmith and husband, John; great grandchildren: Tyler Cole, Colt Tanner, Audrey Arrasmtih and Shiloh Arrasmith. She is also survived by her sister, Margaret Williams and husband, Bob of Crowley, TX.
