PITTSBURGH, Dec. 13— Eugene F. Layden, an outfielder who played three games for the New York Yankees in 1915 and is believed to have been among the oldest former members of the team, died here Wednesday. Mr. Layden was 90 years old. With the Yankees, he went to bat seven times and had two hits. Mr. Layden never played for any other major league team. He was later employed as a supervisor for a Pittsburgh city park until his retirement.
