Diane Phillips, 61, of Millersburg, died Thursday evening, Dec. 8, 2011, at Aultman Hospital in Canton, after an extended illness.
Funeral services will be Monday at 3 p.m. at Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg, with pastor Dave Masters officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Millersburg.
Friends may call two hours prior to the services on Monday at the funeral home.
She was born May 5, 1959, in Marietta, the daughter of Richard L. and Barbara L. (Wilson) Myers, and married Otto Lee Phillips Sr. on Jan. 3, 1985. He preceded her in death in 2003.
She retired from The Gerstenslager Company of Wooster.
Surviving are a daughter, Karla Denise Phillips of Millersburg; a granddaughter, Americus Phillips; her father, Richard L. Myers of Millersburg; a stepson, Otto Lee Phillips Jr. of Killbuck; step-grandsons, David Anthony, Coy Lee and Todd Allen Phillips; sisters, Evelyn Wooten and Joyce Baker, both of Millersburg; a brother, Raymond "Rick" (JoAnn) Myers of Big Prairie; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara L. Myers; a stepson, Carl Phillips; and a brother, David Myers.
