He came to the U.S. from Canada when he was 10 & to Naches in 1900. He operated a ranch there since that time.
He was an elder of the Naches Presbyterian Church, chairman of the church building committee & a school board member for many years. He was also a member of the Wapatox grange & charger member of the Naches Commercial Club.
He is survived by his wife Margaret who he married 24 Jun 1903 & member of the pioneer valley family. He is also surived by 6 children (see Margaret page) 9 grandchildren & brother Tom of Naches.
