Elouise Allan died in her home after an extended illness. She was born in Ritzville & moved to Tacoma as a young girl. She graduated from LIncoln High there & from CWSC with a BA in library science.
She was a member of the Naches Presbyterian Church, Washington Library Assoc, Naches Presbyterian Women's club, YWCA and the Washington Education Assoc. She taught English & library in Naches for many years.
She is survived by her husband Walter Allan, a daughter Lorna Meshke of Yakima; two sons, Wm W Allan of Yakima & Larry Allan of Naches, three brothers Adel, Wm & Edward Siegel, Norma Willa, Helen Siegel & Minnie Buysh. She had one grandson.
