Ricardo Carbajal of Houston passed away November 17, 2012 at the age of 74. He was the son of Daniel and Pilar Carbajal. Mr. Carbajal was born and raised in Cotulla, Texas. He proudly served our country in the United States Air Force from 1959 - 1963. Upon leaving the Air Force, Mr. Carbajal worked for the United Postal Service for 42 years before retiring in Houston, Texas. Mr. Carbajal is preceded in death by his parents, Daniel and Pilar Carbajal; siblings, Juanita and Francisco Roberto Carbajal. Mr. Carbajal is survived by his siblings, Guadalupe C. Lawton, Daniel (Romana) Carbajal, Jr.; Hilda (Jerry T.) Stone, Elisa C. (Daniel) Benavidez, Herlinda Carbajal Garza and Gildardo (Kimberly) Carbajal; aunts Tia Trine and Tia Chelo; 54 nieces and nephews and numerous other relatives. Funeral services for Mr. Carbajal will be held at Peters Funeral Home on Friday, November 23,2012. Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. with a procession to Sacred heart Catholic Church at 10:45 a.m. for the 11:00 a.m. service. Interment will follow at the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Cotulla, Texas.
