Muniz of San Antonio; three brothers, Edgar Balandran of Rock Island, Illinois, Jose Guadalupe Balandran Jr. of Schweinfurt, Germany, and Steven Pena of Chula Vista, California; and three nieces, Marissa Martinez and husband, Rick, of Panama City, Fla., Magdalena Carmona and husband, Mario, and Amanda Martinez and husband, Daniel, of San Antonio.
