Belgian Monarch. Born Doña Fabiola Fernanda Maria de las Victorias Antonia Adelaida de Mora y Aragón, she was the Queen of The Belgians and wife of King Baudouin I (1960-1993). After her husband's death, Fabiola retained the title of "Her Majesty Queen Fabiola of the Belgians."
