— SELINSGROVE — Pauline F. Knouse, 84, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 6, 2011, at the Manor at Penn Village, Selinsgrove. She formerly lived in Newport, Sunbury and Selinsgrove.
She was born Oct. 17, 1927, in Loyesville, the daughter of the late Jacob and Ethel (Kepner) Miller. She was married to Marlin W. Knouse, who preceded her in death in 1996.
Pauline formerly was employed by the Army Depot in Mechanicsburg.
She was a member of St. Thomas Church, Mount Pleasant Mills.
In her early years, she lived on a tobacco farm in Lancaster County. She enjoyed eating out, shopping trips, cooking, baking and, most of all, spending time with her great-granddaughter.
She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Robert Glace, of Selinsgrove; one granddaughter, Robin Hill and her husband, Larry; one great-granddaughter, Hannah Bickel; and one son-in-law, Bruce Bickel.
A private graveside service will be held in St. Matthew's Lutheran Cemetery, Millerstown.
Funeral arrangements are by the Jerre Wirt Blank Funeral Home, 395 State St., Sunbury.
