Olivia (Mendoza) Arriaga was born on April 14, 1948 in Mexico to Juan and Georginia Mendoza. She is a member of the St. Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church, and has lived most of life in Brownwood. She loved to grow flowers at her home. On June 27, 1981, she and Arnold Arriaga were married in Brownwood. She is survived by her husband, Arnold Arriaga of Brownwood; one son, Israel Arriaga of Brownwood; and two granddaughters, Jazmin Arriaga of San Marcos, Texas, and Olivia Arriaga of Brownwood, Texas. She is also survived by a sister, Ofelia Rios of Brownwood; and numerous nieces and nephews.
