Aurora (Arispe) Balderas was born on April 16, 1931 in Cibolo, Texas to Petra Aguero Arispe and Concepcion Arispe. She married Jose Balderas on January 6, 1956. She is survived by two daughters, Aurora Olveda and husband, Sergio Javier, of Galveston, Maricela Ayala and husband, Sergio, all of San Antonio; one son, Jose Balderas and wife, Bertha, Patricia of San Antonio; three sisters, Victoria Larios of Uvalde, Natividad Shafino, and Berta Rodriguez, both of Eagle Pass; one brother, Ramon Arispe of Eagle Pass; seven grandchildren, Sergio Olveda, Griselda Olveda, Alma Culbertson, Adriana Hart, Claudia Balderas, Chasitty Ayala and Christiann Ayala; five great-grandchildren, Emilia Olveda, Gabriela Michelle Knight, Michael Anthony Culbertson, Jose Homero Culberton and Julian Anthony Hart; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; three sisters, Francisca Ibarra, Ignacia Antu and Concepcion Dura; and two brothers, Julio Arispe and Pablo Arispe.
