Mrs. Laura Baker
Miss Laura Haskins was born in Pike Co., Ill Jan 26, 1880 and passed away in General Hospital in Caldwell Ks, Jan 11, 1936 at the age 55 yrs, 11 months, 16 days.
Wile she was a small girl, the family Moved to Livingston Co, Mo where she grew to womanhood. In Sept. 1903 she married Lawrence Baker and they had one son, Redman Baker of Caldwell, Ks Mr. Baker died in 1929, the following year, Mrs. Baker and son came to live with her mother, Mrs. Martha Haskins of Caldwell Ks. Where they lived until her death.
Mrs. Baker is survived by her son Redman; her ,other, Mrs Martha Haskins of Caldwell, Ks. Three sisters, Mrs. Pearl Dunkhurst of Caldwell, Mrs. B. L. Battisheild of Las Vegas, Nv and Mrs. R. L. Nelson of Corbin Ks. two bothers Arch haskins of Braman Ok, Lawrence Haskins of Caldwell, Ks.
Service head at Schaeffer Funeral Home , Monday afternoon and conducted by Rev. Forrest E. Rohl. Then it gives music and pallbearers. Interment in Caldwell.
