Fred Teisher, 74, life-long resident of Millersburg, died early Wednesday morning. He was retired from the produce business and had been associated with his son, Robert Teisher, In the North End Grocery.
He was born March 26, 1893, a son of Andrew J. and Helen McDowell Teisher and was first married to Annabele Korns, who died in 1954. He later married Ada M. Martin, who survives. Mr. Teisher was a member of the Christian Church and the Modern Woodmen of the World Lodge.
Survivors besides his wife and son includes two daughters, Mrs. Otis Smith, Killbuck, and Mrs. Harry Frost, Omaha, Neb; one sister, Mrs. Nell Frost, Orrville; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. One son and one brother are deceased.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Elliott-Hartline Funeral Home in Millersburg in charge of James Hunter. Burial will be in Oakhill cemetery.
Friends may call Friday afternoon and evening at the funeral home.
