MILLERSBURG Doris N. Young, 81, of Millersburg, died Wednesday morning, Aug. 13, 2003, at Pomerene Hospital in Millersburg, following an extended illness.
Private graveside services will be held at Oak Hill Cemetery, Millersburg.
There will be no calling hours.
She was born Aug. 2, 1922, in Holmes County to Oscar and Freida (Brumme) Middaugh and married Andrew Young. He died in 1984.
She was a retired Registered Nurse.
Surviving are two children, Mrs. Lonnie (Beverly) Merckle of Nashville and Lee A. Young of Millersburg; a granddaughter, Dusty Merckle of Killbuck; and three great-grandchildren.
Four sisters died previously.
