JEFFERSON - Funeral services for Emilie Sue Waldrop, 66, of Jefferson will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 20, 2007, at First United Methodist Church in Jefferson with the Rev. Mark Markle and the Rev. Bob McCarty. Burial will be in Prospect Cemetery under the direction of Haggard-Heaster Funeral Home. Mrs. Waldrop died Sunday, June 17, 2007, in Jefferson. She was born Dec. 9, 1940, in Kilgore to Marjorie Birdwell Mosely and John Scoby Mosely. Mrs. Waldrop was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star #627 in Jefferson and the Jefferson Red Hat Bayou Babes. She was also a member of New Prospect Baptist Church in Jefferson. She worked as a rural mail carrier in Marshall for 24 years. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Survivors include her husband, Byron Waldrop of Jefferson; children, Suanna Jacobs and Duane Waldrop, both of Jefferson; and two grandchildren. Haggard-Heaster Funeral Home
