Mr. Fleenor was born Aug 27, 1909, in Hartford City, Indiana to Stephen and Olive (Balsley) Fleenor. He married Mona McNeal on June 27, 1931, in Effingham.
He was a retired oil field mechanic with the Pure Oil Company. He was a member of the masonic lodge of Clay City.
Mr. Fleenor is survived by his wife Mona, one daughter, Sharon (Harry R) Bryant, two sons Tom and Tim, and 11 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and one step-brother.
Funeral services were held at the Clay City Chapel of the Hosselton-Bookhout-Englemeier funeral homes with burial in the Clay City Cemetery.
