"Services for Levoner 'Cat' Waites, of Jefferson, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Gethsemane United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in Core Cemetery. He died December 10, 1999 in Marion County. He was born April 23, 1926 in Marion County, the son of E.F. Waites and Ruth E. Perkins."
