James Franklin Baker, 79, passed away on Monday, Nov. 10, 2003, at his home in Bigfork due to natural causes.

Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Delva Rae and Bill Blanchard of Bigfork; one son, Jim L. Baker of Hot Springs; three grandchildren, Lee Blanchard of Fort Belvoir, Va., Dacia Blanchard of Bozeman and Bill L. Blanchard of Tonopah, Ariz.; loving companion, Darlene and her family, Yvonne Huntley and family; John Yogerst and family; and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife Dacia in 1957 and by his son, Joe in 1986.
