She really loved to read, to learn, to do crossword puzzles, to garden, to talk to her husband, and children, to play with her grandchildren. She loved a good joke, and forgave so easily. She never missed an opportunity to tell someone she loved them. She loved spending time talking with residents at the nursing home. She was an excellent nurse, admired by all who worked with her and the residents loved her. She felt she was doing God's work when she was nursing. Quick to smile and laugh, a friendly word for everyone. She said, "We're all doing the best we can to get by, we're all in this together so we might as well try to help each other along with a smile or a friendly word.
