Charlie was the dog my mothers' companion
bought for her so she would have company
while he worked the 2nd shift.
Charlie loved his human mommy and daddy so
much!He knew when his daddy would be home
from work and would wait by the door for him.
He loved playing with his humans and loved
being outdoors and rolling in the snow.
His daddy died and he was so sad that my mom
worried about him so much.
He became so protective of his mommy when
his daddy had to go.
His mommy got sick with Alzheimers' and
needed around the clock care so she went
to live in a nursing home in October 2007.
Charlie stayed at his home and my brother
would go there daily and let him run in the
yard for a while and gave him food and water
but he was so lonely and had never been alone.
So he went to live with my daughter and her
family in March 2008.He was so happy there
with his furfriends.
Sweet Pea and Chelsey are minature Dobbies.
Miss Kitty and Halo are cats.
Mom said Charlie didn't like cats and we were
afraid of what would happen when he moved into his new home.
Much to our surprise Charlie
loved the cats as much as the dogs!
The happiest times he had was running with his
furbuddies.
Charlie got sick and died on Jan.3rd of kidney
failure.
He is with his human daddy in heaven now and
I'm sure he is running with the Angels!
We all love you Charlie and we miss you!
