Patrick Leen, aged 22, a Private, died at the Meath Hospital, Heytesbury Street, Dublin, on 1 May 1916.
The cause of death was "Right Leg shattered by bullet, 1 day".
His death was registered by a member of the hospital staff on 11 May 1916.
