2nd Lt. Billy G. Adams graduated at Bolton H.S. and Draughon's, Fort Worth. Entered U.S. Army Air Corps in 1943 and trained in Shawnee, Okla. and Sand Antonio, Texas.
Served with the 214th Combat Crew Training Squadron. He was the Navigator aboard B-24J Liberator #42-73375. He was killed when a crash landing was made due to engine failures, five miles north of Peterson Field, Colorado Springs, Colorado.
