Born 11-1-1987 Died in an automobile accident 3-9-2007 at the age of 19 years 4 months and 8 days, he was born in St. Louis, and moved to Maries County with his parents in 1988. He was a Super Senior at Rolla High School.
James is preceded in death by his father Thomas Adams, Grandpa Mack Ragan, and Grandpa Tom Adams.
Those left to mourn include his Mother Patty Ragan-Ohlendorf and Dad Terry Ohlendorf, Brother Tommy Adams of Rolla, Brother Mike wife Karry and Nieces Paisha, Karesa Adams of Dixon, Sister Lisa husband George and Niece Mystique Vanwart of Rolla, and serving in Iraq, Sister Lynn Marie Adams of Maries County, Step-sister Lisa, husband Eric and Nieces Braylynn and Avery Reynolds of Holt Summitt, Step-brother Jason Ohlendorf with significant other Missy Cartmill and Niece Cloey of Vienna, Granny Molly Ragan of Vienna, Grandma Helen Adams of Rolla, Uncle John & Aunt Collen of St.Louis, Uncle Dody & Aunt Lynn of Troy, Uncle David & Aunt Debbie of St. Louis, Aunt Susan Hagan of Vienna, Aunt Shirley McKinzie of Rolla, Uncle Ray & Aunt Kathy Norris of Oakville, Uncle Jack & Aunt Carolyn of Afton, many many cousins, great aunts and great uncles and many many friends who will miss him and never forget him.
Visitation for John Thomas Adams will be held from 5-8 PM, Wednesday, March 14, 2007 at James and Gahr Mortuary in Rolla. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM, Saturday, March 17, 2007 at the Vienna United Methodist Church, 1102 Hwy 63, Vienna, with Rev. Karen Alden officiating. Interment will be at James Community Cemetery in Vienna. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CORE for the Rolla High School Athletic Department or the United Methodist Church of Vienna or your favorite charity in his name. Cards are available at all James & Gahr locations. All arrangements are under the direction of James & Gahr Mortuary of Rolla, Missouri.
