Mrs. Selby was born Feb. 2, 1902, in Oregon City. Her maiden name was Bullard.
She worked with the state Legislature and Oregon State Hospital and retired in 1971.
Her husband, Frank, died in 1954.
Surviving are her daughter, Dorothy Alsman of Oregon City; son, Carl of Portland; sister, Edith Hartke of Oak Grove; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-greatgrandchild.
Arrangements are by Holman-Hankins-Bowker & Waud."
