THOMAS ANDREW BELL, born March 27, 1936 to Frank and Jane Bell in Houston, Texas, passed away April 19, 2009 in Houston. After many 27 years of service as an police officer, Mr. Bell retired from the Houston Police Department. He graduated from Houston Police Academey Class #22 and retired January 7, 1982
He is survived by his children, Cindy Stephens, Cheryl Rowell, Katie Galanos, and Tommy Bell, Jr., and by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.
Tommy lived to be 73 years and 23 days old.
He was a good officer. We were in the same police class.
