Rudy was a former employee of the Inland Steel Corp. and a Vietnam Veteran. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2001 at 8:45 AM from the Ruzich Funeral Home 9725 S. Commercial Ave. to Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM. At rest Holy Cross Cemetery, Calumet City, Illinois. Visitation Friday 2-9PM

Rudy has one more grandson:
Daniel Xavier Alvarez.
