Wayne S. Levesque, age 67, passed away Tuesday, September 3, 2013 in Florida.

Wayne was born June 29, 1946 a son of Percy E. and Addie M. (Babbin) Levesque. He was a graduate of Wayland High School.

He was a veteran of the US Marine Corps, serving during the Vietnam Conflict from 1964 to 1968. He was a carpenter by trade.

In addition to his parents, Wayne was also predeceased by four brothers, Rodney R. Levesque, Robert P. Richard, Gary P. Levesque and Roger B. Levesque.

Wayne enjoyed locksmithing, tennis and playing cards.

Wayne is survived by his son, Matthew Levesque of Henrietta; Matt's mother and stepfather, Lynda and "Poncho" Alverson of Wayland; five brothers, Carlton Levesque, Robert Levesque, Milton (Nancy) Levesque, Kenneth Levesque, David (Tina) Levesque; four sisters Sandra (Roger) Gilbert, Judy Gaedeke, Carol Campbell and Ruth Levesque; his sisters-in-law, Ann Levesque, Linda Richard, Shirley Levesque and Linda Levesque; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 14 at the Walter E. Baird & Sons Funeral Home, 300 West Naples St., Wayland.
