Services for Gaye Lynn Smith of San Antonio will be at 3 p.m. Friday at W.W. Rix Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Smith and Mark Harp officiating. She died Tuesday, June 1, 2004 in San Antonio.
She was born April 16, 1969 in Lubbock to David and Jeanine Smith. She attended elementary school in Tahoka and junior high and high school in San Angelo. Following graduation, she attended the University of Texas at San Antonio, where she majored in Broadcasting and Communications. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in San Antonio.
Her survivors include her parents; a brother, Mark Smith wife Trudy and their son, Matthew, all of Ft. Worth; a beloved grandmother, Esta Lee Terry; beloved family members, Arvetta Hall, Dewey Clark, Debbie Bonet, Buzz Terry, Buddy Terry, wife Gwen, Vickie Conway, husband David; an uncle, Rev. Jerry Smith and wife Jan; an aunt, Terressa Smith; and her beloved Shi Tzu, Peanut.
