Joseph Michael Hernandez passed on August 9, 2013 in Seattle, WA. He was born to Jose and Elena Hernandez on January 29, 1977 at Kadlec Medical Center.
Joseph graduated from Hanford High School in 1996 where he participated in theater and band. Joseph went on to pursue his undergraduate degree from Washington State University and from there he joined the Navy and honorably served his country. Once discharged, Joseph relocated to Seattle and would spend the rest of his days enjoying the diversity, beer, sporting events, and company of many people who loved him. He most recently worked at Amazon managing the Global Security Command Center.
Joseph was preceded in death by his father, Jose Hernandez. He is survived by his mother, Elena Hernandez, sister, Cara Hernandez, grandparents, Charlie and Candida Rodriguez, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Joseph touched the lives of everyone he met and we will miss him dearly.
Services will be conducted on Saturday, August 24 at 1:00 p.m. at Memories at Sunset Event Center in Richland.
