A WW II veteran (as a confidential courier and POW guard stationed in Hawaii), James Milton Snow (Sr.) was the second of four sons of Edgar E. Sr. and Vera Arabelle (Worthington) Snow, and was born in the family home on Weaver St. He married Wanda Lou Parks, daughter of Lee H. and Mary (Scott) Parks, on Aug. 28, 1949 at Montpelier Ohio. In his younger years, Dad was a licensed airplane pilot; I got to fly with him once when I was about six months old. Dad was also a harness race horse trainer, a CB radio hobbyist and served for several years on the Williams Co. Sheriff's Posse.
