William Lindemann, died very suddenly at his home on Mound Street, Lawson Heights, Portsmouth, Ohio, Sunday night of Pulmonary Hemorrhage. He had been in bad health since last October, but his condition was not considered serious and his death came as a shock to all.
He was 56 years of age and a veteran of the Civil War.
A wife and 5 children survive. The family came to this city from Buena Vista, Ohio.

The remains of William Lindeman which have been in a vault at Greenlawn Cemetery awaiting the arrival of a son from Kansas, will be interred Sunday afternoon.
Veteran Lindeman died Thursday April 28, 1901, and was buried Sunday afternoon, May 1, 1901.
Sargent Lindeman served in the Civil War, 4th Independent Bat., OV-LA, Army
